Music is power, an energy. Music is a universal language. Since the first time, man has been using music as a language. No known human culture now or anytime past lacked music. We feel kind and calm when we listen to songs. At the same time, all tensions and depressions fade away. It gives us pleasure. To somebody, Music is noise whereas others take it as a pleasure.

Music is made of frequencies. It has six elements. These are – rhythm, melody, harmony, timbre, dynamics, and form. Every element has differentpositive effects on our brain .some make us powerful, and some make us motivated or even sleep. Music talks directly to our mind. Though different pitch has a different way to talk, our neurological system can detect music. Studies proved that man who has lost ability cannot read words but can sense and understand the music. So, Music is an instinct.

Music is a power, and Our brain is a superpower. By using both, we can interact with our body and soul. So it can be called a mirror.
