“Nishkriti” is a Bengali Nobel written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay which represents the old culture and a real scenario of, Bengali joint family. The main character of the story is “Sailo” who was thrown out of the family with a false accusation, and at the end of the story, she got back everything in a mysterious was which is the backbone and climax of the story. However, the way of writing has made it more readable and one of the best Bengali Nobel so far. Despite od writing, Sarat Chandra is a great idol who displayed versatility by portraying small incidents beautifully in his novel .the icon still regarded the same as the top writer of Bengal. His famous writings are ” Devdas,” “Denapouna,” “Dutta” and many more. Besides, His stories and novel are one of the best sources to know old cultured Bengal before the Renaissance.
